As a lifelong Chesapeake resident, Marine Corps veteran, and dedicated law enforcement officer, I have spent my life serving and protecting our community. Beyond my service in uniform — with over two decades of service in the Chesapeake Police Department — I founded and lead Law Enforcement United, a national non-profit based in Chesapeake, VA.
Law Enforcement United is a grassroots group of law enforcement, survivors, and civilian supporters from across the country who have made it our mission to honor the fallen and remember the survivors. We have donated over $10.5 million dollars towards supporting families of fallen officers, officer and K-9 memorial tributes, and grants to law enforcement agencies nationwide for life saving equipment.

Our Mission
To honor the service and sacrifice of all law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty and remember the survivors left behind.
Our Vision
To raise awareness of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Provide monetary and awareness support for: The Road to Hope Bicycle Ride, Project Active Armor, Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), The Officer Down Memorial Page (O.D.M.P.), and Spirit of Blue Foundation. Assist other charitable organizations that share our common goals.

Stumpy Lake
Stumpy Lake Golf Course offers a truly unique golf experience! Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, the course stretches through the natural wonders of a 1,400 acre nature preserve and is completely absent of any signs of commercialization or residential development. Sightings of deer, fox, eagles, and ospreys are common, and from time to time, it is even possible to enjoy a bear sighting. Stumpy Lake now features a new clubhouse, a canoe and kayak launch, a nature trail, and a fishing pier on the east end of the lake. With its location just moments from I-64, the course enjoys strong participation from golfers across the region.
